General Overview		Off duty Galen is one of the most laid back people that you could meet. On duty he's there for one thing, and that is to do his duty. He's the type that knows his job and just wants to do it. When not on duty Galen drops his job where it belongs and goes into "civilian mode" as he puts it.

Personal History		Born on Gemenon in a rural setting. Life was slow there, so Galen just lived as all the others around him. He just did like he was told, and that was about it. That is until the war started. The draft went out, and Galen was snatched up. When Galen was drafted into the fleet they sent him for pilot training l. Specifically Viper training. Galen was a fan r cadet l. He didn't excell, but he didn't fail. This caused him to earn his callsign rather quickly. During an exercise Galen accidentally went through some water, earning him the nickname "puddles". After that training went on, with Galen eating his wings. He went to the Cassieopia, rising through the ranks until being wounded in a mission. After rescu and recovery Galen put in for weapons officer after learning that he needed glasses and couldn't continue as a pilot.
Service Record		Drafted into colonial fleet when he underwent training to become a Viper pilot Assignment to the Battlestar Cassieopia as fighter elementary leader, eventually making squadron leader. Shot down during planetary strike in Cylon base Recovered by raptors from Battlestar Athens. Informed that his vision was effected. Applied for other duty. Got posted to weapons control, Battlestar Pacifica
